Bringing cities to life: How can greenspace benefit our mental health?

With over half the world’s population now living in cities, people may be cut off from the natural environments in which humans evolved, and are best adapted to. Spending time with nature can make us feel more relaxed, able to concentrate, and satisfied with our lives. So how can we use urban greenspaces to bring nature into the city and help people feel happier and healthier?
